• From start to finish, we had a great experience with the auction team. Will worked closely with our realtor and both made sure that at every step, we were all on the same page and comfortable with moving forward. I hadn't imagined that we could have much say or control over an auction process, but that was not the case! Although choosing a reserve lower than we wanted to sell the house for was intimidating, Will made sure we understood all the "whys" and ultimately left many decisions up to us, but we went with his expert opinion and ended up very happy with the result! Selling a house and its contents is not an easy process, especially when we were helping manage the process from out of state, but Will and his team guided us through the entire process and I would strongly recommend them.
